Introduction to d.velop connect for salesforce
The “d.velop Salesforce Integration” course provides a comprehensive introduction to using and configuring d.velop connect for salesforce with a d.velop documents system.
Participants will learn how to use the individual components, all about the specific features of these components, and how to configure them. Since the integration involves a number of components and application areas, participants will gain an insight into the Sales & Service Cloud and the Digital Experience Cloud, as well as migration scenarios.
They will also be shown where to find resources and assistance to help them further develop their knowledge. The course content is conveyed in a structured manner, enabling participants to access further materials and support options independently.
Following this one-day workshop, participants will be able to install, configure and use d.velop connect for salesforce within their company. They will also be able to identify and implement further application areas in the company.
