Enablement packs are packages of service hours for various requirement scenarios. You can find a comparison of the ranges of services provided in the table below.
Booking and using enablement packs
Before you book an enablement pack, a certified d.velop AG consultant or authorized d.velop partner first analyzes your requirements. After you book your desired or recommended enablement packs, your consultant will configure your d.velop apps in your d.velop cloud according to your requirements, and will train and advise you in their use. That ensures you get to use your apps in the optimal way for your digitized processes and utilize their full potential.

Which enablement pack is the right one for me?
Using your requirements and our experience as a basis, we would be happy to recommend a suitable package for you in a personal conversation prior to booking. The most common reasons why you should order a larger enablement pack are:
- Complex data and dossier structures (unorganized data, missing metadata or unusually large volumes)
- Additional complex modifications (resulting in longer lead times)
- The need for additional training sessions and instruction for your staff
You can simply purchase additional enablement packs if you want to accelerate your digitization. Discounts are available only once per customer.
Can I introduce and use d.velop documents or other apps even without an enablement pack?
Of course, YES! It depends on your capabilities and how much time you can give to the project. In general, we offer a range of free online courses. You can also have our certified partners compile custom training sessions and manuals for the processes in your company.
What about if I have specific needs involving development and additional integration?
For advanced needs, such as custom developments (additional apps, new functionalities), you can work with one of d.velop’s authorized app builders. Our certified partners offer project management services, app development, training and installation and integration services on site. Just get in touch.
