Easily design workflows

You can easily configure task activities with recipients who are determined dynamically. With just a few clicks you can assign forms containing various controls to the task activities. Define additional data for the tasks, such as a deadline or a reminder.

Participating in processes

Users participate in processes via tasks. They receive information about the process in a form and can add information for subsequent participants in the process. Automated service activities can also be integrated into the process to be executed automatically.

Starting processes

Previously created processes can be started in various ways, for example based on saved documents. If a start form is entered in the process, it is displayed immediately after the process starts. You can also make frequently used processes available to your employees as a tile on the start page.
