Nowadays, almost all information comes into your company via e-mail. Thanks to the cloud inboxes of d.velop inbound e-mail, you can now simply send this information directly to your central inbox, d.velop inbound, for further processing.

Create cloud inboxes for d.velop inbound, to which you automatically or manually send captured documents and incoming e-mails for further processing.

Individual permissions control who sends to which inbox and who processes the documents in an inbox. Sort incoming information for your subsequent processes right at the start.

For example, set up a dedicated inbox for your new location to which the location's scanner automatically sends captured documents. In your head office, these are immediately assigned to the correct clerk.

In conjunction with d.velop documents, you can process incoming e-mails completely automatically and store them in the repository.

Extension

d.velop inbound e-mail is an extension which can only be used in conjuction with d.velop inbound scan.

• Eligible recipients

  Set the permissions for further processing per inbox.
