Use the provider of your choice

You have the choice: With just a few clicks, you can configure whether d.velop pilot will use the LLM from OpenAI OpCo, LLC, or the alternative from ALEPH ALPHA.  

When using OpenAI, your data will be transferred to a third country outside the European Union. ALEPH ALPHA, a Heidelberg-based company, is subject to European data protection law. 

Please note that the choice of provider will significantly impact the performance of the software. Better performance is currently expected with the LLM from OpenAI OpCo, LLC.

Important Notes on Usage & Pricing Information

Service limit

Currently, we limit usage to the volume agreed upon in the service description per tenant and per month. This limit ensures that we can optimally allocate the limited resources of our downstream providers, making them available to as many customers as possible.

Hallucination

In certain cases, the underlying LLMs may non-deterministically generate information. This issue, known as “hallucination,” represents a fundamental limitation of current LLMs.

Long response times

LLMs rely on highly complex computations. As a result, individual requests may experience waiting times of up to 30 seconds.

Overusage

Usage of the product that exceeds the current service limits is referred to as overusage. These are billed separately in addition to the product.

• Azure indexing: 1,000 pages = €0.15

• Additional messages: 1,000 messages = €13.50
